1. The service. Now Labs Inc. provides discovery telemetry and physical logistics software. Access is licensed, not sold, and is limited to verified account holders aged 21 or older where applicable.

2. No commerce. Now Labs is not a retailer, manufacturer, distributor, or processor of alcohol or botanical products. The platform never handles alcohol or botanical transactions; all purchases occur on premise between patron and licensed venue.

3. Maker obligations. Venues and makers are responsible for the accuracy of broadcast batch data and for compliance with all licensing and advertising regulations in their jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions. Maker Pro plans bill monthly via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

5. Liability. The service is provided as-is. Now Labs is not liable for batch availability, venue conduct, or third-party outages.
